Document standard

Internal operating document, built to a standard fit for external review (lenders, partners).

Markers: 🟢 CONFIRMED · 🟡 ASSUMPTION · 🔴 GAP · 🎯 TARGET vs ACTUAL.

The strategy site is organized into four areas following the consulting-firm standard for a multi-entity holding company. Read in order, or jump to what's relevant.

  • Enterprise

The group-level plan — Arizona Truck Group as a single holding company. Investment thesis, the engine, market context, portfolio overview, holding structure, group financials, group strategy & capital allocation, group risk.

    Open

  • Entities

One page per operating company. Every page answers the same questions in the same order: what it is, how it earns, how it repays — then strengths, disclosed risks with mitigations, and collapsed drill-downs for depth.

    Open

  • Financials

Consolidated rollup of the per-entity pro forma tables. Stakeholder-facing summary. 🔴 / 🟡 until the actuals feed lands; the shape is built and ready.

    Open

  • Appendices

    Technology builds (Cactus app · substrate / AI-org framework · /ai/ data layer · framework-as-product). Methodology · Decisions · Principles · Interview Methodology.

Why this structure

A holding-company plan has two levels: a thin group plan (Enterprise) plus a standalone page per subsidiary (Entities). The audience is a loan officer, an insurance underwriter, and the owners — so every page leads with a plain-English one-screen summary and keeps the depth one click away in collapsed drill-downs (the lender/underwriter writing standard, adopted 2026-07-08; it supersedes the earlier consulting-style format).

The four-area architecture keeps strategy, financial rollup, and technology/methodology from bleeding into each other — each lives in its own surface.

Living document · Annual review · Pro formas are projections (every figure 🟢 / 🟡 / 🔴 with assumptions stated) · Never fabricated · Scope: Arizona Truck Group only.
