6. People & Execution¶
Who runs Arizona Truck Group. Profiles capture role, working relationships, and context relevant to operations.
🟢 Confirmed — Core team
Brandon Tomkins (principal), Dennis Wynn (consultant to ATG; his own enterprise lives in the NPF SoT), Jose Tejada Nuñez (shop lead — 16 years, bilingual EN/ES bridge to the crew), Hector Peck (CTP parts photo capture). QB / accounting handled by Claude (in progress).
🔴 Gap — 1099 roster
Full 1099 crew roster and verification — currently nonexistent; names and roles need to be verified against payroll. This is a real operational and compliance gap, stated plainly.
🟡 Assumption — Cleaning staff surfacing
Andrea Rodriguez and Karin are surfaced as building-cleaning roles; confirm that's the intended surfacing.

QB / accounting¶
QuickBooks and day-to-day accounting work is run by Claude (in progress — substrate-native accounting agents claude-accounting-daily + claude-am-agent shipping through 2026 Q2). Detail in Substrate · Daily Accounting and Substrate · AM-Agent Runtime.
Roster gaps + 1099 verification¶
The fuller team roster — 1099 crew name verification against payroll, James (DET driver) employment arrangement, employment-entity attribution across the team — is an open action item, not a strategy item. It lives on the Brandon-Action Items list under "Team roster verification" rather than on this people index. Once Brandon supplies the verified roster, individual profiles get created here at framework level.
