The canonical SEQ page is entities/seq.md, which reflects the post-2026-06-06 framing: SEQ is the contract build shop for STE, operating four in-house shops (welding · paint/body · water-tank assembly · dump-bed assembly), invoicing STE at arm's length per finished truck.

The earlier "intercompany transfer methodology" framing has been retired — each entity is its own INC with its own books; SEQ ↔ STE is normal arm's-length B2B invoicing.
