Framework-as-Product¶
The vision¶
Dennis Wynn's thesis (2026-05-22): the Claude management framework being built for ATG could be productized — deployed to other small businesses with on-site servers, each deployment learning that business while aggregating insight back to a master model.
This would be a fourth arm of the enterprise, distinct from the others: lower capital intensity, higher operational leverage (one engineering investment serving many customers), closer to joint Brandon-Dennis ownership.
Honest position¶
Documented future arm, not current work
Framework-as-product is documented strategic intent. It is NOT in development. Phase 1 priority remains operating the ATG framework at design quality. No engineering attention is diverted to productization until the ATG framework demonstrably works for the business it was built for.
Sequencing (when Phase 1 ATG completes)¶
- Document the portable layer — separate ATG-specific content from business-agnostic principles
- Pilot with one second business — likely one of Dennis's portfolio businesses
- Productize — deployment tooling, onboarding, support
- Scale — multiple customers, learning aggregating back with consent
Open strategic questions¶
Information needed
Before productization: joint ownership structure, on-site-server vs. cloud deployment rationale, model-aggregation privacy/consent model, target customer profile, pricing model, and — critically — who does the work (Brandon is already principal of ATG; productization is another full-time job).
Resolution requires: Brandon Tomkins and Dennis Wynn strategic conversation.
