Marketing & Sales Plans (Revenue Entities)

Updated
2026-06-08

How each customer-facing entity gets customers (marketing) and closes them (sales). One shared template across all five so the plans stay consistent and comparable, not five different shapes.

Marker key: 🟢 CONFIRMED · 🟡 ASSUMPTION · 🔴 GAP · 🎯 TARGET Covered here: Superior Truck & Equipment (truck sales) · Superior Truck Rental (water-truck rental) · Superior Water Truck Parts (new parts) · Cactus Truck Parts (used parts) · Sedona Jeep Builders (Jeep sales). Internal/non-customer entities (Arizona Truck and Equipment, Desert Equipment Transport, Sonoran Taco Shop, Turo Car Rental, Cactus Truck Rebuilder) intentionally excluded — they have no external go-to-market.

The template (every entity below uses it): 1. Customer — who they are and what they're actually buying 2. Positioning — why us, the differentiator 3. Marketing plan — how we get found and generate leads (channels) 4. Sales plan — how we convert and close (process) 5. Pricing approach 6. Gaps & targets

Superior Truck & Equipment Co

Rebuilt/restored-salvage commercial truck sales · dealer license #L00005060 · superiortruck.com

Customer. Commercial buyers — contractors, fleets, owner-operators — buying a work truck at a real discount to clean-title retail. High-value, considered, low-volume purchases (a single sale is $80K–$120K+). They're buying a capable truck at a smart price, and they already understand restored-salvage; the rebuild quality is what they're really evaluating. 🟢

Positioning. "A professionally rebuilt truck, fully disclosed, priced below clean-title retail." The salvage title is not hidden — it's the reason for the value, and the rebuild story is the reassurance. Finished-product-forward: lead with the finished truck, the rebuild story is one click deep. Trust is the entire barrier; transparency is the differentiator. 🟢

Marketing plan.

  • Inventory listings where commercial buyers actually look: the Superior Truck & Equipment site (finished-product gallery), plus the major truck marketplaces. 🟡 (confirm which marketplaces are active)
  • The rebuild story as content — before/after, the build process at Superior Equipment — turns the salvage objection into a selling point. 🎯
  • Reputation/word-of-mouth in the commercial trucking community (repeat fleet buyers). 🟡

Sales plan.

  • Speed-to-human on the buyer call is the whole game. A $100K buyer who can't reach a person dials the next dealer — the phone AI's job is to route a live truck buyer to Brandon in seconds, never to be the salesman. 🟢
  • On-site/online deal assembly: bill of sale, restored-salvage disclosure (§28-2095(H)), odometer, FTC Buyers Guide, trade-in handling — generated, e-sign or print. 🟢
  • Trade-ins accepted (e.g., water-truck trade against a sale) — widens who can buy. 🟢
  • Payment: cash, cashier's check, wire (banking details via verified channel, never on the packet). 🟢

Pricing. Below clean-title retail, reflecting restored-salvage status; trade credit applied; documented dealer doc + title fees. 🟢

Gaps & targets.

  • 🔴 Which marketplaces/listing channels are live and converting — unconfirmed.
  • 🎯 Make the rebuild story a repeatable content engine (every build → listing content).
  • 🎯 Measure lead source on buyer calls (the CRM logging enables this).

STR — Superior Water Truck Rental

Water-truck rental · superiorwatertruckrental.com · ~$20K/mo net · peak May–Sept

Customer. Contractors, construction sites, dust-control jobs, agriculture, and fire/wildland operations needing water trucks without buying them. B2B, often recurring and seasonal — the same customers come back each season. They're buying availability and uptime, not a truck. 🟢

Positioning. "Water trucks ready when your job needs them, from an operator who also builds and parts them." The Arizona Truck Group advantage: Superior Truck Rental can keep its own fleet running (Superior Equipment builds, Superior Water Truck Parts/Cactus Truck Parts parts) so rental uptime is better than a pure rental shop. 🟡

Marketing plan.

  • Local visibility to the construction/contractor market (the buyers are regional). 🟡
  • Seasonal push — demand spikes May–Sept; marketing should front-load before the season, not during. 🎯
  • Repeat-customer relationships are the cheapest channel — a contractor who rented last season is the warmest lead. CRM should drive proactive "season's starting, reserve your truck" outreach. 🎯
  • Four product lines as distinct offers: Horse Corral (1500gal), Tactical Fire Tender (2000gal), Wildland Mop-Up (4000gal/USFS), Generic Commercial. 🟢

Sales plan.

  • Availability + fast turnaround is the close — "yes, we have one, you can have it [when]." 🟢
  • Rate quote, rental term, delivery/pickup logistics. Market rate ~$3,000/mo/truck. 🟢
  • The phone AI can quote availability and capture the rental, route to a human for terms. 🎯
  • Recurring/seasonal renewals handled proactively, not reactively. 🎯

Pricing. ~$3,000/mo/truck market (median/mode-validated); weekly options (~$700/wk cross-check); by product line. 🟢

Gaps & targets.

  • 🔴 Defined local marketing channels (how contractors find Superior Truck Rental) — thin.
  • 🎯 Pre-season reservation campaign to known/repeat customers via CRM.
  • 🎯 Utilization metric (trucks rented vs. fleet) as the health number.

Superior Water Truck Parts

New water-truck parts · superiorwatertruckparts.com · parts line (480) 267-9416 · see also: Superior Water Truck Parts VCP

Customer. Water-truck operators and shops who need a part — often urgently, often without knowing the part number (broken part on a job site). High-frequency, transactional, repeat. They're buying uptime and speed. 🟢

Positioning. "A parts counter sells what you ask for; we keep your truck running." The differentiator is service depth no competitor can profitably match — diagnosis, predictive failure prevention, fleet thinking — delivered by one AI agent. 🎯

Marketing plan.

  • Photo front door — "Broken part? Text us a photo." The lowest-friction entry point and the primary acquisition channel; removes the hardest step (knowing the SKU). Flyer in-market. 🟢
  • Facebook groups / water-truck operator communities — where the flyer and photo-front-door spread. 🎯
  • The parts line itself as an always-on storefront. 🟢

Sales plan.

  • AI phone commerce: caller asks → quote price + availability → Stripe link texted mid-call (PCI- safe) → order logged → will-call pickup directions. Human only at pickup. 🎯 (gated on catalog)
  • B2B/pro accounts (Spanish-speaking shop buyers via Jose) — reorders, standing carts. 🟡
  • Predictive reorder/failure calls convert one-time buyers to recurring. 🎯

Pricing. Per-SKU, server-side priced from the catalog; pay by text link or at pickup. 🟢

Gaps & targets.

  • 🔴 Catalog isn't real yet — no live stock; the whole sales motion gates on building it (see Superior Water Truck Parts VCP). The single biggest dependency.
  • 🔴 External gates (SMS whitelist, Stripe) block transaction today.
  • 🎯 Prove one real end-to-end phone transaction once gates clear.

Cactus Truck Parts

Used truck parts (harvested from salvage) · cactustruckparts.com · field-photographed inventory

Customer. Price-sensitive buyers — shops, DIY mechanics, operators — who want a working used part at a fraction of new. They're buying the same function for less money, and they shop by searching for a specific part. 🟡

Positioning. "The used part you need, photographed and real, at a fraction of new." The asset is the actual photographed inventory — buyers trust what they can see. Cactus Truck Parts turns Superior Equipment's salvage teardown into a second revenue stream from the same trucks. 🟢

Marketing plan.

  • Searchable online catalog with real yard photos — the photos are the marketing (buyers search a part, find Cactus Truck Parts's listing with a picture). This is why Cactus Truck Parts is on Supabase: field photo capture, off-LAN. 🟢
  • SEO / parts-marketplace presence so a search for a specific used part lands on Cactus Truck Parts. 🎯
  • The "used = a fraction of new" value vs. Superior Water Truck Parts's new parts — complementary, not competing. 🟡

Sales plan.

  • Online listing → inquiry/order → ship or will-call pickup. 🟡
  • Phone support for "do you have / will it fit" (the AI parts line could extend here). 🎯
  • Cross-sell with Superior Water Truck Parts: if new is needed and used isn't available (or vice versa), route between the two parts entities. 🎯

Pricing. Fraction-of-new, per-part, condition-dependent. 🟡

Gaps & targets.

  • 🔴 Catalog completeness + how listings get found (SEO/marketplace) — needs definition.
  • 🔴 Sales/fulfillment process (ship vs. pickup) — confirm.
  • 🎯 Capture rate on salvage teardown → listed parts (how much of each parted truck becomes inventory).

Sedona Jeep Builders

Rebuilt/restored-salvage Jeep Wrangler sales · sonoranjeep.com 🔴(naming vs. sedonajeep.com unresolved)

Customer. A different audience from the commercial entities — Jeep enthusiasts, outdoor/ recreation buyers, lifestyle purchasers. Consumer, considered, emotional/aspirational purchase. They're buying a capable, good-looking Jeep at a value, and the look matters as much as the spec. 🟡

Positioning. "A professionally rebuilt Wrangler, fully disclosed, priced below clean-title." Same restored-salvage transparency model as Superior Truck & Equipment, but the audience is lifestyle, not commercial — so the marketing is visual and aspirational where Superior Truck & Equipment's is practical. 🟡

Marketing plan.

  • Visual/aspirational channels — Instagram, the build story, lifestyle imagery (Jeeps in Arizona landscapes). The product photographs well; lean into it. 🎯
  • Jeep enthusiast communities and forums. 🟡
  • Finished-product-forward site (like Superior Truck & Equipment, the rebuild story reassures on the salvage title). 🟢

Sales plan.

  • Finished-product showcase → inquiry → deal assembly (bill of sale, restored-salvage disclosure, odometer, Buyers Guide) → e-sign or print. 🟢
  • Payment: cash, cashier's check, wire only (no cards/personal/business checks); pending-sale inventory lock. 🟢
  • Speed-to-human on a serious buyer, same as Superior Truck & Equipment. 🟢

Pricing. Below clean-title retail for the equivalent Wrangler, reflecting restored-salvage. 🟡

Gaps & targets.

  • 🔴 Brand/domain naming unresolved (brand name vs. the live sedonajeep.com domain) — resolve before marketing spend, or it splits the brand.
  • 🔴 Enthusiast-channel marketing (Instagram/forums) — not yet built.
  • 🎯 Build story as visual content engine (every Jeep build → social content).

Cross-entity notes

  • Two distinct sales motions: commercial/considered (Superior Truck & Equipment, Sedona Jeep Builders, Superior Truck Rental — fast human response, trust, deal paperwork) vs. transactional/high-frequency (Superior Water Truck Parts, Cactus Truck Parts — catalog, AI commerce, speed). Don't apply one playbook to both.
  • The CRM ties it together: every entity's leads/calls/sales log to the one customer record, so a buyer known to Superior Truck Rental is recognized by Superior Water Truck Parts. Cross-entity recognition is an Arizona Truck Group advantage no single- entity competitor has. 🎯
  • Honest status: these are the plans; several channels (marketplaces, SEO, social, pre-season campaigns) are 🎯 targets not yet built. Marked so, deliberately — this document is the roadmap, not a claim they're running.
  • 🔴 Revenue/conversion/CAC numbers omitted everywhere on purpose — they depend on clean QB data. Add them only once the books are trustworthy; don't backfill with guesses.

Template applied uniformly across all five. Internal entities excluded. Figures dependent on QB cleanup intentionally left as gaps.
